Business Development Executive (BDE)
SUMMARY
Devobyte is looking for an ambitious Business Development Executive to drive client acquisition and business growth. The ideal candidate will identify new business opportunities, manage the complete sales cycle, build strong client relationships, and help expand our digital marketing and IT services globally.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Identify new business opportunities
- Acquire new clients for Devobyte services
- Conduct discovery and requirement gathering calls
- Present customized business proposals
- Manage the complete sales cycle
- Generate leads through LinkedIn and networking
- Generate business through referrals
- Build long-term client relationships
- Coordinate with internal delivery teams
- Maintain CRM records
- Achieve monthly sales targets
- Prepare sales reports
- Represent Devobyte in business events
- Attend networking meetings and webinars
- Negotiate contracts and close deals
WHAT WE LOOK FOR IN YOU
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 1-4 years of experience in B2B sales
- Excellent communication skills

Lead Generation Executive
SUMMARY
We are looking for a proactive and result-driven Lead Generation Executive to join our growing team at Devobyte. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, generating qualified leads through multiple channels, maintaining CRM records, and scheduling meetings for the sales team. If you have strong research skills and enjoy connecting with businesses, we'd love to hear from you.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Research potential clients using LinkedIn, Google, and online directories
- Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn outreach
- Run email outreach campaigns
- Generate leads through WhatsApp and cold calling
- Build and maintain a qualified prospect database
- Qualify prospects based on business requirements
- Schedule meetings for the sales team
- Maintain accurate CRM records
- Follow up with prospects regularly
- Coordinate with the Business Development team
- Prepare daily lead generation reports
- Prepare weekly performance reports
- Prepare monthly lead generation reports
- Achieve monthly lead generation targets
- Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities
WHAT WE LOOK FOR IN YOU
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 0-3 years of experience in lead generation or sales
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Basic understanding of digital marketing services
- Knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator is a plus
- Knowledge of CRM tools is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Strong internet research skills
- Self-motivated and target-oriented
